Leaders In Care are currently looking for an experienced Contextual Harm Social Worker to work for one of our councils in North London. As a Contextual Harm Social Worker you will work with Children In Need of help and protection including exploitation. This council specifically want children and young people to grow free from experiencing violence and all forms of exploitation.
The council will do this through improved awareness through education and information sharing, plans of children in need of help and protection and maintain a healthy lifestyle to transition into a young adult.

Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England (or equivalent regulatory body).
- Experience in child protection, safeguarding, or working with vulnerable adolescents.
- Strong understanding of contextual safeguarding principles and frameworks
